Independent = We are not tied to any one lender. In fact we have access to over 300 lenders, many which work in niche lending areas and you will probably not of heard of them. Honest = We provide advice to you that is the best for your situation. If we don't know something or we are not exactly sure where to place your business we will tell you. We will not waste your time by telling you we can do something that we can not. Sometimes we charge a fee for our services. If we do then you will be told up front and receive a fee agreement in writing before we progress. We will not ask for money up front. Fees are only payable on receipt of an offer letter. Financial = We provide you access to lenders when you need to borrow funds for any business purpose or personal reason. We do not advise on Investing funds. Advice = We will provide you with advice on what we know and what we are good at. If you require advise that is not in our area of expertise then we will advise you of this and will help point you in the right direction. If your requirements are very specialised then we will ask your permission to pass on your details to an associated company that specialises in that particular area. You and Your Business = You and Your business are unique so therefore we will often need to ask lots of question about you and your Business and what you want to achieve. Please be honest with us about your financial information. This will make it much easier for us to place your business with the right lender. Presentation
We are experienced in presenting and packaging an application on your behalf in a format that greatly enhances the chances of securing finance. In many cases, we would also attend meetings between you and the lender in order to smooth the process of securing the funds. Contingent Fees
We normally only get paid once a deal is drawn down, as our fees are linked to the funds raised. For this reason it is in our best interest to present you with the best rates as efficiently as possible. Payment on completion also ensures that we are on hand to assist with any delays with the process through to legal completion. Preferential Rates
As an experienced broker we are able to negotiate preferential rates for you, which in many cases, can more than offset the cost of using a broker in the first place.
